A fluid painting that, through geometrical games, plays on the alchemy of the raw material, without representing any preconceived form. Thanks to an elegant research on colors and materials, it evokes, sometimes violently, sometimes with a subtle sweetness, deep emotions.

All artworks are unique creations. I use high quality acrylic and enamel paint on canvas or wooden board. Edges are painted so paintings must not be framed. You will receive it ready to hang, with a hook on the back. My paintings are signed on the back and on the side and include a Certificate of Authenticity.

The Italian art critic Antonello Rubini describes my work :
​
"A painting that, from the original abandonment of the pictorial gesture on the surface, is defined in a more or less free form, and then in a composite image, in a natural becoming that seems to be evolving, as if these paintings were screens projecting mutating images. Images in changing, certainly of abstract essence, but not excluding figurative references: for example, I think of some works with horizontal bands of painting, placed one above the other, where it is possible to recognize an echo of landscape, terrestrial or marine fragments; or, above all, of the cycle "Cities", paintings in which traces of memories of journeys emerge, with a figurative reference inborn. The artist, however, basically researches the representation of the painting itself, which here expresses all its constitutive properties, magisterially revealing the point of conjunction between gesture, sign, colour and matter. Prévost establishes each time a different dominance, with great attention to balance and, of course, to the basic emotional response to her ego. There is no search for depth, but everything deliberately stops at the surface, as if to create a wall, a wall of painting on which the observer can "impact". Suggestive and strong, her works ultimately try to reveal the very essence of painting, precisely, as the artist states, through "alchemies of the raw material".
